Unhappy Leaking Soft Top

Well I had another issue with the top leaking next to the driver and passenger side doors. (2 Door) I decided to express my concern to the dealer for the fourth time. The service manager stated "well we spoke with chrys. rep regarding the issues of the tops leaking and they stated that a drip is not a problem if it would be pouring inside like a water hose pouring inside that may be an issue was also advised that I would have to live with the doors leaking" He also said "THAT IS WHAT IT IS LIKE TO HAVE A JEEP WITH SOFT DOORS AND SOFT TOP you will just have to live with a little water getting inside the jeep when it rains or you wash it with a water hose not at a car wash" I guess he ment JEEP= Just Empty Every Pocket. ANY HELP PLEASE
Before someone ask it is not a steady stream of water just dripps when it is raining or washing. I quess I might just live with it and go JEEPIN

I have to stuff paper towels up in the crevices to stop it from dripping. I finally got fed up and tore the carpet out since it was completely soaked.

While it is a fact of life that soft tops leak, this is bordering on the ridiculous side.

I suggest trying another dealer and mention that you've been to another one 4 times. They may want your business more than the other guy so they'll try harder to address the issue. Also, search these forums... someone had mentioned there is a technical service bulletin (TSB?) about the leaks. It tells the dealer how to address the problem. I have yet to reach my breaking point to get my lazy ass into a dealer.
