Has anyone had a problem with the Center Console lock? It "locks" but it takes the same amount of force to open the box locked as it does when its not locked... hmmm... Any ideas? (Besides the fact that its stock and I really shouldn't expect much for a stock plastic lock)

 

Mines the same way. Its just a crappy lock on a flimsy piece of plastic. I wish tuffy would hurry up!

 

*BUMP* Seriously this is normal? The lock is completely useless. Even when locked you push the button in a bit and tug up, the thing opens right up. Like there is only 1mm of overlap between the latch and the hole on the console. WTF?

It's sooooooo crappy. Has anyone modded it to at least stay closed? Added a plate or anything?
