Default Low tech rear wiper hose solution.

When you disconnect the rear wiper hose on the hardtop,
wiper fluid runs down the hardtop.

This results in a blue streak running down from the hose
fitting.

A 3/16" vacuum cap can be used to "plug" the fitting.
When reconnecting the hose, stick the cap on the
attached black plug so it's ready for the next hard
top removal. See pics.

Good Idea! I added a cover on mine.
Mine was not leaking this time - most likely because I cannot remember ever using the rear wiper or washer.
This will stop it next time.

Nice good idea! Last time I took the top off I was having a hard time getting the hose out and when it finally gave way I got windshield washer fluid in my eye! Talk about burning.

Thanks. I know this is not in the same league as
"Drilled The Side View Mirrors", but I thought it
would be useful.

My mod may be more expensive, but it's quicker.
