Antiseize Is A Good Way To To Prevent You From Breaking A Bolt When It Seizes To The Nut.. It Doesn't Allow It To Losen If You Put To The Proper Torque

But Would Recomend 110 Ft Pounds But No More Than 115 They Are Rated Higher But You Will Just Dammage The Rim Or Strip The Threads
