Manual Transmission - Is this normal?

i have that annoying squeeeek when i shift 1 2nd and 3rd it's only when i shift into gear and it makes the sound for like a second then it stops. and it does not happen when i down shift. and i really don't want to take it to the dealer cause they are always morons. and they like to bust chops cause they have nothing better to do. i thought it was the heat shield rubbing on one of the brake lines under the hood but i bent the heat shield back a little and the noise is still there.

TSB locations
Ok, why can i not find the TSB's that everyone is mentioning about the tranny? I looked at the ProjectJK home page but didn't find then under the TSB section. Can someone tell me where to find these new TSB's? My clutch has always been extremely touchy shifty from 1st to 2nd (practically no friction zone) and now when i'm in neutral, no clutch, i'm hearing an odd, steady...I don't know....mechanical sound.
