Default Rescue Green.... It was me :)

All,

If you saw the Jeep doing 75+ anywhere in FL, it was me. Honestly, I just forgot about the back window and kept moving. Didn't have any trouble until I hit about 85 on I-4 on Saturday evening. I drove from DE on Wednesday and was way too excited given the cold temps in the mid-Atlantic region.

The trouble was that the sides of the top (loose vinyl) cave in at higher than 75 MPH. Also, I forgot the straps, so that most likely caused it also.

I'll be more careful go-forward. Thanks for the reminder....

CJ

Cool

With the top back and all the windows up it works like an eductor, anything and everything will be pulled in and sucked out. This is also stretching the windows, that will cause a deep bass sound when you are going above 65 with only one window down and the top up. (figured this out with a rental in Maui). If you are into the bass thing it's great, but i found it very annoying.

How do you strap it down?

You should have gotten 2 velcro straps that go around the bows.

Cool, thanks. I've done 75 on the highway with the sunrider back without those straps and the windows zipped in. It was bouncing all over the place. Now I know why.
