Hey, i just found a site call justanswer.com, it supposed to help you with mechanical problems in your car, about $15 bucks per issue with warrnty of refund if it doesnt work.

im trying to figure out how to solve the 1st gear poping issue, does anyone know if this kind of sites can be trusted?

Sometimes those fee-for-service sites work out great; other times not so much. Depends on the question and who answers.

For the JK, this forum has a lot of strength, smarts, and experience. Sometimes you hafta let a discussion run to get the best answer. If the advice given here does not pass the laugh test, someone else will chime in with better information. You don't get that kind of corroboration at any price from the fee sites.

I agree with you freewill, however i have searched lots of stuff on the issue,, and the only solution so far was change the whole tranny, which im not in position to do given that my jk is an 07.

i already removed the boots complety, did helped a lot but i still have to get firts hard in, otherwise it will pop out, so it might be internal nut not the synchro. So i got find some expert in tranys.

I am also going to try to consult a guy who works and tremec here in mexico, in the transmision design center, they didnt design the jeep T but for sure knows a lot about how they work.

Promise that if i find out why i will post it here to increase the forum knowledge...and make a lot of people happy

Search the forums. There is a ton of info regarding popping out of gear and Chrysler dealers are well aware of it like was stated. Save your 15$.
