I have noticed a metal on metal squeak or rattle in the right front of my JK. It sounds like the fender flare is loose, but all bolts are tight. I know is not a suspension noise. It seems to be coming from the dash, bottom of the windshield, or front of the passenger door area. I hear it mostly at slow speeds (25-30mph) on rough city streets. Couldn't find any other threads on a related noise. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

 

I have it too. Push where the antenna is and it makes a horrible sound. Working on a fix.

 

Manual or auto? This morning I noticed the collar on bottom of the manual shifter making a similar noise around 2-3k rpm...

Not trying to take us off topic, just coincidental timing.

 

Same exact rattle here on my 2011.

 

I just tightened down my windshield corner brackets. No more rattle/clunk for me.

Can u post a pic of the corner bracket and bolts you tightened please?

 

Look at your hard top on the freedom panels they have like small bushing and they rub idk if its the same as mine but mine was annoying but I just got use to it

 

Tighten these down on both sides of the windshield. My rattle/clunk is gone.
