Missing screw/bolt

Posted on another and wanted to give this one a shot. Can anyone tell me the part number or size of the screw/bolt that is missing in the pic. It is the bottom one that is missing and it is on the windshield pillar. Thanks for any help.

I am pretty sure it's just a plastic push rivet and not an actual bolt/screw.

Thanks Joe B...I thought it may be but since they're missing on both sides I wanted to be sure. Not sure how long they've been missing
