It is difficult to make anything more than an accusation, when it is effectively my word against theirs. I dont see DC willingly or easily rolling over on a less than $100 doctor bill, that would in effect have them accepting responsibility across the board by doing so.
I did what i could do, If anything comes of it, i will let everyone know.
That is all i am willing to say on it.
