Is the Mopar Freedom Top panel bag included as std on '09 models?

I just got my JK unlimited a couple weeks ago... looks like the dealership got it in March (judging by the oil change decal in the window). It had the hard top only and came with the storage back for the panels. The bag was folded up and in the locking storage bin in the tub by the jack. That's where I'll plan to store it when not in use.

I used to have to crawl into the back seat everytime I wanted to change panels, now I just undo the clips.
Thanks for this tip! That's a great idea!!
