Mine fits flush, but it wiggles if I move it..

 

I had a problem installing mine (on an '08 4door sahara). It just didn't fit right; it didn't pop or click in no matter how hard i pushed. I got it to slide in until there was probably 1/16" gap (mostly on the top). I applied some silicon adhesive (black) to fill the crack, let it dry, then removed the excess silicon carefully with a razor. With a little time and care, I got it to look great and it's been solid for over 2 years now.

 

Purple Hayzzze that gap at the top is what I have going on with mine. I think it may be the wrong one.
