Default Motor for my 2007 jk

What’s going on guys!! Is anyone around western
north Carolina got a 3.8 motor I got fucked by a dealership and the motor blew before i put 1500$ miles and they told me i bought it as is and to get bent so I’m looking to put a new one in it I’m not looking to swap it or anything like that I’m not that invested in it just want a new motor and sell it lol anyone got a cheap running one ? Will travel thanks!!

Western NC- I'd give RubiTrux conversions a call and see if they have any leads. They used to do a lot of swaps and would end up with extra parts. You can also call a few of the bigger shops that do Hemi/ LS conversions and see what they've got. America's Most Wanted 4x4 in Michigan should have a good selection as they're stuffing Hellcat motors into everything.

Maybe try and sell it with the bad engine first? Total repair cost plus time and risk might make it worth getting out from under it quickly.

How quick do you need it? I am planing on doing a v8 swap so I will be selling a good running 3.8.
