Is it just me or do the navigation maps on a 2011 JKUR look like something drawn by my 2 year old?

Does anyone know if a map update will improve this?

 

Funny I've been saying the same thing since I got the jeep. It looks like scribble.

 

730 or 430? My guess from the description is the 430 with the Garmin - it does get better with the system update 50.x.x released a couple of months ago.. Most don't like the new black and green interface, but I don't mind it - matches the instrument cluster now...

No, unfortunately not - I got my Photoshop on one day just for fun.. I have a bunch that I made, I'll dig them out and post them..

No price tag, the image for the 50.x.x is posted on the interwebs - there are a couple of threads that can help.. there is a user out there that goes by the handle SOX that routinely posts the update files..(see below)

you should be able to navigate his directories (he labels them pretty good) and find exactly what you need, including docs.

As for the backgrounds - these are what i found right away, but I know I have more that I made..

Final size can be either 480x318 or 240x158 - I prefer the larger, they seem crisper on the MyGig display..
