Default Need to add 1" on top of 2.5"

Last year I added a TF 2.5" lift with coils and shocks. It's been great, but new front bumper and soon to be new winch and rear bumper are going to sag things a bit. I'd like to add 1" to offset the heavy add-ons, and am looking for some advise from those who have done the same.

My initial though is to simply add a 1" spacer front and rear, and call it done. I'm thinking that will level it back up and keep the stance I like, but not make it so tall I need arms and other things to keep the nice ride I enjoy now.

Thoughts from the exerts?

I am in the same boat...adding front, rear bumpers and winch. I am gonna see how much drop the JKU takes with the additions! But I am thinking I may need to go with HD coil spring and add 1" spacers as well! Or you could do the 1" BL....but I won't go this route as I don't like the rear bumper gap!

Spacers are definitely the cheapest solution. You could also sell your 2.5" coils and buy 3" coils. It all depends on exactly how much your new gear weighs down your rig. You'll probably have to put it on and then decide. It might weigh you down more than you anticipate.

If you're going to add spacers front and rear, that will have no "leveling" effect on your Jeep...it will just make it 1 inch taller.

I would wait until you've added all the heavy stuff...and then wait another three months. That way you can see what the stance of the Jeep is going to be over the long term. Then you can look at longer coils or some spacers.

Put the stuff on and MAKE SURE what you need the 1st time.... I learned from ME not doing that.
Then be prepared to put control arms on to adjust driveshaft angle and possibly longer brake lines. OH,,, and you then may not have enough travel on the shocks I love this SH$# !!!
