Default Need Advice - Alignment

I went to the dealership this past Friday because the alignment was off and they told me that they could not do an alignment because the jeep does not have adjustable ball joints. They ordered some adjustable ball joints under warranty and I have the work scheduled for next Friday, but does this sound right???

Thanks for the help.

sounds good- especially the under warranty part...they should have adjustables in stock- they are only installed if needed, you might only need the toe adjusted.

Would you be so kind as to get the part numbers of those adjustable ball joints? This would solve a lot of problems. Thanks in advance.
