Hi guys, I swapped out my stock grill for an aftermarket grill and managed to damage the fasteners that get "pushed" into the front of the jeep. These are not the fasteners that run along the top of the grill but are the ones that are along the front. I went to a dealership but the parts guy had no luck in finding a part number. (The fastener is included when you purchase the whole assembly for roughly $300) I have attached some images that I took at the dealership of the fasteners on the grill assembly package. Any assistance in finding a part number would be greatly appreciated.

Those are all over jeeps. My wife's patriot uses them to hold the dash onto the stereo.

 

You found it? That looks like the same part as used to hold the bezel and the upper panel on the early JK center consoles and the dealer wants $7.50 each for them (last year I bought the same parts from the same deal for less than $.50 each!). I looked online for them just a couple weeks ago, but no joy. Please share the link to what you learned (this is just a good habit when you find a solution on the forum: Answer it in the thread so someone years from now can benefit from it).

 

Usually you can get these parts at NAPA. They are not OEM parts but work just the same. Worth checking out. Available now and a lot cheaper.
