Default Need opinion on 18" rim 35" tall

I have a 07 Sahara and I like and don't plan to change the factory 18" wheels that my rig came with. I don't plan on doing any real 4wheel'n with it but I do want to eventually take advantage of my tera bb and go to 33" tires as far as I have spoken with my local tire guru they tell me that there are no real tires to fit my application which is basically better than stock and 1" or so taller and 1" wider. I wanted to see if there was anyone out there that can show off there opinions and or there pics of there 33" or so tires. I would like to keep the spedo and my power almost the same as stock and try not to loose as much because of the larger rolling mass. Also this is a daily driver. The sizes I was thinking about were 305x65x18" or 33.5x12.50x18 which either one of them give me about 331/2" tall tire or 305x60x18" which is a 32.6" tall tire not really liking that option.

Not true. Nitto has Terra Grappler's in 18". The LT325/65R18 is 34.88" and the LT355/65R18 is 36.69". Great tires.

I'm running 305 65 18 BFGoodrich All Terrain KO's on my stock wheels. I love them. Agressive but quiet. You will have to use 1 1/2 spacers. The tires are 33.8".

Default Still looking

I have seen the tire that you are reffering to but I was looking at something a little more quieter than that especially that my rig is a daily driver. I don't want to hum myself into a comma !

I am running the Nitto Tera Grappler 325/60r18 but on some aftermarket wheels. I think they measure to 33.4 x 12.8 they look super wide though. could be my rims doing that though.

I was just checking that very thing a couple months ago, there are a wide variety of tires, even more to come. Americas tires recommended some that were 33's and a little wider as well, yet quiet. Basically your all terrain type, not mudder style which are generally noisy.

britjk are you running a lift on your rig and if so how big is it ? i like the way they look on your jk especially that you blacked out the rims they look awesome. I can't pull that off on my jk cuz I am silver, but hey i am diggin your tires do you have any shots of them parallel to your fenders to show how much they stick out past ? Or do you know how much exactly they stick out ?
