I had a similar noise. It turned out that my drivers side sun visor was not tightened enough and the vibrations over bumps cause the noise.
Next time you hear it going over bumps, hold the arm of the sun visor to stop the vibrating. If it silences the noise then just tighten the screws.

BTW....welcome to the forum.....
I noticed you live in TO, Ontario....Have you washed your Sahara the other day???? Has it been below freezing??? Any ice build-up on your roof from melted snow or frozen water from the car wash??? This maybe the issue with the ice rattling on your hardtop going over the bumps.
As other members have mentioned.... it could be your hardtop needs to be adjusted and tightened down as well.
