New OEM tire not good
Hello to you all,
In december I've bought brand new tire for my Rubicon original BF Goodrich All Terrain from Tire Rack. Have tehm installed at local dealer including replacement of throw-out bearing etc. Drove during the Holiday from Montreal to Tampa Florida, about, 2600km. Has I drove, I felt vibration from the rear axle around 70 mph all the way down . I went to a tire specialist had my tire re-balance and I found that the rear left tire wasn't perfectly round, had kind of a flat spot so replaced spare tire with bad tire and everything is OK.
So not all new tire are good tire, be careful
Happy driving for 2009

I guess you got a dud! I'm sure Tire Rack will offer some type of compensation though. I ordered 5 of them from Tire Rack to get around the winter tire law here in QC and havent' had an issue so far
