Default Newbie Question

Performed my first work on my jeep by changing out the headlights and fog lights and brake lights. During my change out my power wire to the turn signals in advertently touched one of the wires to my headlights. Now my daytime running light on my driver side does not work. Is it possible if I broke the light itself or is there a fuse that I should be looking for?
The lights are LX-Light Kree 7” and my Jeep is a 2011 Sahara.
Thanks in advance. Next time I’ll try a more complicated question for you.

Welcome to JKF.. Good Group, very knowledgeable, and willing to respond. I would check all the fuses 1st. No familiar with the LX Lights. Keep the forum updated on remedy/correction.

Welcome to JKF! Couple questions. You did all the installs in one swoop right? Not like you had the headlights installed and working perfectly and then you installed the fogs and experienced the issues? Have to presume power was all off when you did these installs, at which point not sure I can see the wires touching being a big deal, but admittedly electrical is not my strongest suit. Looks like those lights have a built-in anti-flicker. so that answers one of my questions. I'm wondering if this is something in the CANbus that isn't agreeing with the lights. I know the CANbus on my '13 is really picky. I think if that were my jeep I'd try to just plug in the factory lights again (not necessarily install, just plug in to test) and see if everything is normal. If not, I'd unplug the fogs, keeping the factory headlights plugged in, and see if things are normal or not.

Thanks! Power was off but when I turned the engine on, the light which was leaning in the empty space rotated and the black power lead touched the bare wires from the new headlight and old turn signal. Everything works fine except, when selected, the DRL on the drivers side won’t come on. Works in normal and bright mode though. Weird.
