"Normal" Head Gasket "Weeping"?
Anyone else experiencing what the dealer Maint Tech documented on my paperwork as "Normal Oil Weepage"
Left side of my engine block has oil residue that has began to "weep" from the Gasket seal between the Alum Head and the Cast Iron Block. Finally @12k it has run down a couple inches in one location. No noticeable loss of oil on the dipstick and don't smell any oily exhaust fumes and any other drivability issues so I think it is isolated to an external leak. They said it is not an issue until it starts to drip on the ground. Any oil leak in my book is not considered normal. I guess since I only have the 3/36,000 mile warranty it will blow up at 36,001.

Nope. Nothing normal about a leaking head gasket. It's also interesting that your dealer tries to give it such a benign label as "weeping". Almost like it's ok for it to happen. What a bunch of dumbasses.
