Default Noticed something on my JKU and need some input, please

i was under the front end over the weekend looking at what i thought was an untightened steering stabilizer screw.
But it was tight but as i held the Tie Rod bar, (the bar that the stabilizer is attached to), i noticed that i could rotate it with my hand. Is that normal?

The dealer changed the stabilizer a couple of months back due to what i am assuming is the Death Wobble. But ever since they swapped it, i have been experiencing a pop/bump in my steering wheel whether I'm on smooth surface or not. i even feel it with the slightest articulation in the steering wheel.
Any ideas...
Thx

Up/down rotation is normal, the tie rod ends are ball joints and allow the movement. Side to side movement, however, would not be normal.

Do a title-only search on 'steering clunk' and see if that is what you are feeling. Plenty of threads on it.
