Default O/D Button Not Working

My O/D button has stopped working all of a sudden. I got it to come on once, but I had to push really hard. Any ideas. Maybe the button is bad or a fuse. I never use it, but the one time I did it wouldn't work.

I had the same problem about a week ago, took it to the dealership and works fine now. Mine was the button failed, and they had to replace the whole center section around the shifter because the button and center piece is one unit. It did take two days so be prepared to get a ride.
