Default Odometer Head Scratcher

I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X 4WD with 3.8L engine & 6-speed NSG370 manual transmission. The speedometer stopped working. My OMD computer is giving me an "implausible" speed fluctuating between 0 and 318 mph while driving. It also says that the 4 wheel sensors and the cluster are functioning properly. This leads me to 2 possibilities- wiring or a ghost speed sensor. I have called multiple Jeep dealers and specialists who have no idea what or where the speed sensor is located on my manual vehicle (it's a VSS on an automatic and everyone knows about that one). I was even desperate enough to ask ChatGPT who made up fictional product numbers. I would appreciate any info on where my speed sensor is located, or if it doesn't use one, a possible solution to my speedometer issue. I want to get this baby on the open road!
