I only use Amsoil in ALL my vehicles - checkout their website for info and outside certified test results. There are many 'good' oils/fluids, but I have found over many thousand of miles that Amsoil holds up great - I replaced ALL my JK's fluids with it!

Iv used Mobil 1 since my first vehicle. My Acura Integra was running great at 150,000 miles, so I stick with what I know works. I'm running 5w-20 now, but may move up to 5w-30 if it ever starts leaking or burning oil.
