Default oil filter relocation?

This weekend I was painfully reminded that the oil filter on the JK is in the worst and dumbest place possible on an engine (except maybe being on top, mounted upside down...). The oil filter is impossible to remove without making one hell of a mess. I've done what I can to prevent this (bucket balanced on the axle), but this doesn’t excuse the fact that this is flat out stupid where it’s located.

I know there are oil filter relocation kits out there; my S10 has one on it. It mounts the oil filer under the hood next to the radiator. But I doubt it'll work with the JK's engine.

So, have any of you seen or heard of a relocation kit?

Use something like this and some braided hose to a remote filter base and you'll be set.

That's the exact same item I used to hook my oil pressure sending unit to. It allows you to tap into the oil system, but does not have any provision for relocation.
