Default Overheating issue?

2015 Jeep JKU with 110,000 miles on it,

Several months ago, I replaced the engine oil cooler, replaced ticking rollers, plugs and coils, and replaced the thermostat.

Checked radiator, and I thoroughly burped the system when I added new coolant. Burped it three times over that weekend just to make sure.

Tell me if I should be concerned or not, my Jeep typically runs between 215 and 225-226. As soon as I stop, it typically goes back down below 220, in the 215-219 range.

Today it was 89° outside, highway speeds between 70 and 74 miles an hour, and I would get blips where my temperature would go up to about 235-238 when going uphill.

At 55 it was running in the 225-228 range, then dropped to 220 when I stopped.

Am I just being paranoid?

SOOOO MANY variables come into play including wheels/tires/lift/gearing/things in front of the grille....when it comes to cooling. what would concern me is if I was noticing loss of coolant. i monitor my temps very closely and there are times I'll think it's odd to be climbing up like it's a hot summer day outside, but for me that is not unusual (my build is a bit heavy). can you tell that your fan is kicking to high when those temps get in the upper 220's? i think mine kicks to high around 224.

3 inch lift on 35s, unfortunately geared stock for a JKU (haven't broken an axle yet, and I've tried LOL) I don't have lockers, but I am not the one getting stuck where drivers in Rubis tend to get stuck LOL. I've never had to winch it on any trails around here, but I know I will at some point LOL

Warn 12K winch on front tucked low in an aftermarket bumper, disrupts stock configuration on airflow, but not by much.

And yes, the fan is kicking on. I can hear it at a stop.

I am probably being paranoid, but I tend to watch that temp readout and I am a bit OCD, thus the paranoia. I'm thinking about adding an LED inside the cab that would be powered off the fan so I have a visual inside the cabin.
