Need some advise. My 2012 Jeep JKU (177000+) has had a check engine light on for ever. P0306 (Cylinder 6 miss fire) I have replaced spark plugs and Coil pack and cleaned and moved injectors around to see it the issue moved. I am still getting the code. 95% of the time it runs smooth and even getting 18+ MPG. Recently while driving at random times the check engine light dings and flashes random number of times. When this happens it will run rough the smooth out when it stops. I am at a loss for what to do or check next. Any advise would be helpful. No other code show up.

I have also replaced the MAP sensor and the crankshaft sensor.

 

I have the same exact problem (2016) i replaces plugs, coil, injector, did a cylinder leak down test, compression test check for spark checked for voltage. I dont know what else to do. O also it overheats under accelerating
