Has anyone ever had the thought to get flares painted a different color than the body? I know people do body color matched flares and painted black flares. But I was thinking more of a contrasting color just as a unique look....

 

Try it and let us know how it turns out. Or put a feeler out there to someone who's good with photoshop

 

What color combo are you thinking of? Could look good or like a pieced together junk yard build.

 

Get some plasti dip in the color u want if u don't like the new look peel it off
If u like the look leave it then get a more lasting paint win or lose ur out like less than 30$

 

I thought about this the other day, everything on my steel blue jku is black or gray, and I wondered how it would look with some "billet" colored flares... I think with a black top it might be just too many colors going on, but if you have a color matched top it might make more sense.

 

I had painted flares on my '10 Sahara-- never again. Got beat to pieces by rocks coming off the tires. Went back to black on my '12 Rubi.
