Default Passenger side automatic window

Just traded my 2010 for a 2012 Arctic 2-D......the passenger side window is marked "auto", but it doesn't go down on its own. My other Jeep did. Why would it say AUTO and not be?? Do I need to program something?

that happened to me once...both windows...
i switched the JK off and then on again for a system re-boot and all was well...

i guess your problem is similar but deeper in the workings of the on-board computer...
i see a trip to the stealer-ship in your future for a deep and meaningful system re-set ...

hope it works out ... all the best ...

I just had mine fixed by the dealer for this. They replaced the switch and it works good now.
