Default Plastic tab thingys

Howdy, I removed my air dam last week and broke pretty much all my little plastic screw tab thingys.

Where can I get more of these? Or what part number is them so I can order a few more?

Thanks

You can most likely find similar ones if not the same at auto zone... Then you can avoid the dealer and not have to be overcharged

Does anyone have any info on something to use as a replacement, that is more durable and actually (re)usable?

I was considering reusing the stock "base" pieces, but using actual sheet metal screws instead of the lame plastic ones. Not sure if that would work.

The plastic rivet thingy's are reusable. If you be careful with them while removing them.
I wouldn't suggest using metal screws to put those panels back together. The purpose of those cheep plastic rivets is that they rip out easily without destroying anything else.

They also sell at tool at any auto parts store for this. I all those clips "trees" and they will point you towards the "tree remover". Looks like a u on the end of the handle. FYI- needle nose pliers work well for removing without breaking the clips.

Thanks guys. Good point about the plastic's 'give'.

I've used some rivets on another vehicle of mine that I've really liked. These other rivets had the same general functionality, except the center section was just a button that would sit flush when installed. To release them from the body work, you just had to pop the center section in. They'd indent with a nice click, then you could remove the entire rivet easily with a flat blade screwdriver. Very easy to use and very reusable. I just don't remember what vehicle I had them on!
