I might be mistaken, but i think you will have to un-bolt the bottom sway bar link then zip-tie the sway bar in a neutral position (horizontal). Don't loose the bolts!

umm they dont really have one thats why, manual disconnects are aftermarket add ons, like jks or teraflex, though I think some guys have taken off the swaybar link stock ends

look at this pic for sway bar links http://project-jk.com/wp-gallery2.php?g2_itemId=49335 and do a search, I think there are soem write ups but I'm not 100%

if you are just going to the Pine Barrons you really dont need to disconnect

Default sway bar

as said in the post above, unbolt the bottom amd zip tie up away from getting in the way when flexing.

Other than taking a few extra minutes and having to crawl around on the ground some, disconnecting the OEM links works fine. You can also just buy quick disconnects--around $120-140. Here's my write-up on the Teraflex's:

A lift won't help articulation. Only sway bar disconnecting does that.

Just study it closely and you'll see, two nuts, rotate the bar up and secure it with bungy or zip tie.

But DO NOT drive it on road that way. Extremely dangerous. You'll want to bolt it up once you leave the offroad area.
