Default Possible rodent activity in Jeep

I found a bunch of foam like this outside my Jeep today. It's mainly concentrated behind the right front tire. Dogs were going crazy over there as well. However, I see no evidence of rodents anywhere and I also can't see any foam like this either.

My only thought is that it could be from inside the HVAC system but there's no foam in the cowl or interior. Also not sure in that case why it would end up by the front right tire.

I keep the hood propped open all the time as well.

Any thoughts?

Oh man. I don't have anything constructive outside of fold your hands and pray. I think rodent problems have to be the absolutel worst there possibly can be.

You are probably correct, I would check under the TiPM .. must remove the battery and the TiPM. Caught mine before they chewed completely thru was able to tape up and went to using Peppermint OIL under the area .. I am trying these in the Shed now: Which are in pouches and could be placed under the hood easily

Turns out the foam was from inside the rocker panel. I flushed it out with water and I don't think there's a mouse still inside. It may have scrammed after my dogs pitched a fit. I sprayed the area with peppermint spray. Not sure if it works but I already had it. I've had rodents in the engine compartment once in the past and I leave the hood partially propped open when parked but the rocker panels was a first.

I have used this stuff in the past, and it seems to be pretty effective when used regularly.

I also got a couple of barn cats to roam the property, which is probably much more effective.

Hope you get it under control, they can be really miserable to deal with.

You'll have to get the breeding age population under control to have any chance of stopping the problem long term. They'll always follow the urine trails of other mice once they've been in a vehicle. I quit playing with them years ago here on the farm.
