Pressed the unlock and magic?!?
Ok This happened to me a few times so far.
I went to unlock my car -(the windows were cracked open)- then the radio turned on. It was like I put the key in the ignition and turned it to accessory.
2nd time, I was leaning in the jeep with the door open and the key was in my pocket, and I must have hit the button and again accessory stuff came on.
3rd time- it was raining- I left the windshield wipers on- I pressed unlock and wipers were moving and radio turned on.
First and 3rd incidents stopped after I opened the door.
2nd incedent stopped after about 10 seconds
I don't have remote start.
Has this happen to anyone else?

Same thing happend to me yesterday. Hit the unlock then all of a sudden I noticed my stereo was on.
To be perfectly honest with everyone, Jeep really screwed the pooch on this one. There has been WAY too many problems with this new model. I have owned several new model year cars and this is by far the worst. My ETC problem is STILL not fixed after being int he shop twice already. They have one more chance before I lemon law this turd.

ahhhh... the beauty of having manual locks and windows... i love my life...
reasoning:
A) i am single, no kids, no pets, limber, and average height = no need to have power locks b/c i only need to open my door and then i can reach the locks on the rest with zero discomfort
B) if it is warm enough to roll down the windows, its warm enough to take off the door = well, nuff said
Are there any other issues with the power "convenience" group?? aside from conflicting with radio, wipers, etc??
ARE THERE ANY KEYLESS ENTRY FOR THE TRUNK ONLY?
