Default Problem with my steering stabilizer

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my steering stabilizer couple days ago.
I was like 300 KM away from my home and what i did is just fixed it temporary with a hard piece of cardboard and it worked.
I am not using the car since that day and i want to fix it myself.
I would like to know if there is a problem with the current on ((which is crooked a little bit)) to re install it again or do you guys suggest that i buy the a new one.

Thanks.

Really, you shouldn't need the stabilizer. It just makes your steering smoother. Beyond that it is masking suspension problems. I have know idea what you did with cardboard but it shouldn't be necessary.

I'm clueless on what cardboard could do to help the steering stabilizer as well

Steering stabilizers are just 50/50 shocks to soften sudden jerking of the steering wheel due to uneven terrain. The vehicle will steer just fine without it, but if you go over very rough terrain the wheel may be hard to handle. Keep your thumbs out of the center.

What was the problem you experienced?

I am pretty sure the stock stabilizer does sit a little crooked. I think it tilts down towards the center of the vehicle.
