My brother had a similar issue with his 07 after hitting a puddle at speed. Check your plugs to see if there is unburnt fuel. His problem was cold water hit the hot spark plug distributor. I'm sure that's not the technical name but its black and all the plug wires go into it. The cold water caused it to crack and one of the plugs then stopped firing. Wad fixed under power train warranty. It's an easy swap if dealer won't fix it. Not sure on the parts price. Might try pulling it and seeing if its cracked.

it would make sense , it could cause a misfire due to the effect on timing and could also affect to trans ecu , i hope it too , if i didnt see any lines or other obvious signs i would try it if it was mine

I got the new MAP sensor on and no change, it did however idle when the MAP was out.

One more thing, my '09 JKU only has 19000 miles should I be having these troubles?
