Default Programmer Vs Module

I have an 08 Wrangler Automatic. I have added a Gibson cat-back, K&N drop in filter and zero ohm wires. I have a spark knock on take off. I have had my computer updated by a now closed delership. The problem is still there. I have tried Mopar fuel injection cleaner, Lucas gas treatment, Marvel mystery oil and
non ethenol gas. I went to another dealership and they said they were unable to recreate and could only hear my exhaust. Plos they said some spark knock was normal. I would like to know which might help improve the timing? programmer or a module or both. I have looked at the superchip programmer and Jet stage 1 module. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks
