quarter mile ETs
Let's be real... You want fast, buy something else. As a cultural statement, the Wrangler is anti-fast.
Now, I'll relate an amusing story. Circa 1990.
A guy who worked for our company as a tool and die maker owned an early '80s CJ-7. He was a weekend fisherman, so his CJ was rigged with a huge tube front bumper with individual pipe sections welded on to hold his fishing poles. Richie was a very big guy, about 6'7" and nearly 250 pounds. He had forearms like Popeye. Soft spoken in general, but truly not a guy I would want to anger.
One day, he and his fishing buddy are on their way to the beach for an afternoon of surfcasting for Bluefish. Some butthead pulled up on their bumper in a Firebird. He tailgated them until they got to a stoplight. The idiot in the Firebird yelled to Richie something to the effect of "get that piece of shit outta the way!" When the light changed, this jerk rockets by on the shoulder. Mr. Pontiac immediately gets stuck behind an even slower car. As they approach another traffic light, the slow car turns into driveway. The dork in the Firebird stands on the gas, but the light turns red and he nearly locks up the brakes to stop.
Richie wasn't far behind and had to brake too. Except, Richie deliberately bumps the Firebird. The kid jumps out swearing a blue streak. Richie uncoils out of the CJ. The loudmouth kid looks up in awe and terror.
Richie glares at him and says, "I guess you got better brakes too..."
The kid flies back in the car and takes off, turning right and hauling ass.

But, I have to admit that when I read the thread title I chuckled.
Some CJs can turn fast ETs. A fellow at EJS had one with a built-up Corvette LT-1 motor in it this past April. I expect he was pretty quick. Sure sounded mean. Here's a video of another CJ ...

Well..... lotta ribbing going on (for good reason....Jeeps arent drag-worthy vehicles), but I can somewhat answer your Q.
MotorTrend tested a 07 Sahara Unlimited with an auto trans and all the bells and whistles when the Jeep came out. 1/4 mile was 17.9 sec (Which is better than I'd have thought). With a 6-speed, probably in the 17.5-17.8 range. Slow.....yep, but there are actually slower POS's on the road.
Case in point....a clown in a Toyota Prius was in the "turn only" lane and wanted to cut me off one day. Happy to say my Rubi with mods is faster than a Prius
Yeah, stock they're 17 second 1/4 mile vehicles. Pretty slow.
My 6 speed Rubicon would actually be quicker if it was built for it. The long throws in the transmission really make it nearly impossible to get fast shifts out of it. Although, if it was built for speed, there'd be a lot more changes than that.
The only JK I've ever driven that felt remotely quick was a base model 2 door 6 speed. It had the 29" tires and no A/C.

hahah get out and walk next to it

Thanks for the laugh I needed it. Not sure how Jeeps and strips go together
