Question about 2011 Navigation 430N (RHB)
I was looking into this as well. I just picked up my Sahara about 3 weeks ago, and no travel link.
I spent 1.5hrs on the phone with sirus, and still nothing. They confirmed that the subscription includes travel link, but no traffic.
They resent the signal several times, even did soft resets, etc. He even swap ESN numbers to my account; this would wipe my radio, and give me back my original ESN. That did nothing but clear my presets(irritating).
Anyhow, they did not admit to any issues, and had nothing to say other than he will continue to look into it.
I will keep you posted.

Have the same issue with my 2011 Sahara noticed the problem months ago. Spent hours on the phone with Sirius and Jeep. Was finally told by Jeep about 3 months ago that there would be a firmware release in Jan and Jeep would call us to confirm our shipping address. Found out that was a lie. No call and I called Jeep again only to find that they claim this is the first time they have heard of this problem. No other customers are experiencing the same problem. I told them I found that very hard to believe. Keeping my fingers crossed that someone figures this out.

I just left a dealer and they are saying that some of the 2011's came with the Garmin Nav instead of the Chrysler Nav. According to the service writer the Garmin doesnt do Sirius Traffic Link. But the Chrysler does. Has anyone heard this ? Even though the radio is a RHB. I don't believe this is the case, but willing to hear what others are hearing from their dealers. I'm going to go back to my normal dealer and ask them. I was out of town and asked a different dealer.
