All lights and gauges come on, maybe battery though? It has 8.5 volts across the terminals with my multi-meter.

Have you been doing any work to it recently?

If it is an automatic, try putting it in Neutral and starting it from there. It could be an issue with a sensor in the shifter.

Edit: I should probably read things and notice it was a 6speed

8 volts is too low to start it. You're lights n stuff will prob work..Push start it, run it for a while and you should be fine.

Something has drained your battery. 8.5 volts is waaaay too low. The computer won't even let it try to start below a certain voltage, probably around 11.8 to 12.

Put a charger on it and try again in a couple hours. Meanwhile try to figure out what was "on" to discharge it. Its pretty rare for a battery to just "fall over" by itself.

Your battery will work OK after a charge, but a discharge that deep it will cause it to have a shorter life.

Happened to me last week, either push start or buy a new battery. Mine is auto so I just bought a new one. Fixed it right up

Ok battery was dead, but better question is why? Nothing was left on, but my doors are off and the instruments and clock radio stay on after vehicle is off but only for a little while?
Going to dealer Wednesday
