I just installed some on my '08 Wrangler 2 dr. The guy I bought the steps from had the bolts that go into the frame, but no clip/speed nuts. I bought them at NAPA Auto Parts. The frame bolts are 8mm x 1.25. There should also be some small bolts that extend into the lower rocker area and held on by some 10 mm nuts. If you search the Mopar web sites you can find a diagram of installation instructions.

Good Luck!

Any bolts that just clear the hole will be fine, and can be purchased from a local hardware store. Why pay dealer cost??
I got the hardware with the Mopar tubes I purchased, within 3 months 2 of the bolts were rusting, and 3 others showed signs of oncomming rust. Most of the washers were rusting.
I pulled them all off and replaced with a good grade of stainless bolts, washers, and nuts, for a total cost of less than $20.00.
