Should be on the passenger side bottom - in the front of the radiator. Odd spot, but that's were it is.

I just went out and looked at mine (looked on AllData previously). Has anyone actually used theirs? I couldn't get my hands to it, much less be able to turn it. I think I would take the lower hose off first.

did you do this? In my conversion, I actually turned it upside down to drain while I had the radiator off. When I installed it, I filled with water until I was sure there were no leaks. Now, when I try to drain using the plug - no luck - it doesn't drain at all (yes, the cap was off). IMHO - the problem is the lower hose is so high on the radiator that the bottom never actually cycles water and it is full of crud. Thoughts? I need to drain and fill with radiator fluid!
