Default raining andoid app

Anybody know of any apps that can tell you when it going to rain or start to rain. I have wunder on my phone but it just tell me the what the chance of rain is eg 10% percip.

I have beautiful widgets app on my main home screen its very customisable and you can pick which weather you want Google's and so on. Plus I have the weather channel for the radar.

Easy, stick phone out the window, pull it back in , if it's wet it's raining, if it's not it's not raining. HA!

Weather channel is What I use. It has a right now feature that tells you the current conditions and like others said radar maps.

I have an iPhone and I'll say that the radar data on the iPhones version of the weather channel app is often 45-60 minutes old. Otherwise it a decent app. My local fox station app's radar data is only 4-9 minutes old.
