It's a Jeep Wrangler....

If you ain't wheeling or hanging off a ledge with a wheel
dangling in the air, she's gonna be making some noise.
Every little querky thing and noise is the the Jeeps way
of saying, "HEY! I WANT TO GET OFF-ROAD AND I WANT
TO DO IT NOW!!!"
So don't dismiss the noises you hear...obey them.

Now GET OUT THERE and Bestow some of that fine earthy
lubricant we call MUD, all over her sexy frame.

Best bet since you have a warranty is to get the dealership to look at it. If they say its normal or nothing and not to worry about it then get it in writing that it won't cause an issue and don't worry about it

That's what I did with my 2 door, it made the same noise as my 4 door.
