Default Rattle under acceleration

Anyone have a rattle when accelerating? Not a constant noise but sounds like a loose heat shield or brake dust shield. I have checked clearance on those but can't seem to find where noise is coming from. Doesn't do it all the time.

Have you checked the steering grommet in the engine compartment? For some reason it causes a lot of noise when its not seated properly. There's a thread about it here:

How far out is the plastic grommet suppose to be? Mine is about 3/4" out and doesn't seem to want to go in any further.
