Default Rear bump stops looking bad

Question- while looking under the rear end of my jeep the other day. I noticed that the rear bump stops are looking kind of bad. So I ordered replacements wondering if anyone has ever replace them on a 2008 JKU. Easy or a pain in the ass?

Easier out than in. If you have a hard time putting them back in put a 2x4 between it and the axle and lift the axle with a jack; should pop right in. A little grease helps as well.

You can just rip them out.

Putting it back in I usually have to put white lithium grease on the back and sides and press it up with a 2x4 or something square laying around.
