Default Rear caliper bolts backing out?

Has anyone ever had the rear caliper bolts work loose and fall out? I have had this happen twice and the second time I used locktite and really tightened them.

I had my front caliper bracket bolt work itself out, the caliper shifted and lodged itself inside the rim and stopped me dead in my tracks, and put a hole on the inside of the rim. I'm glad I was doing about 5mph on a back road and not 45 on a main road, coulda been bad. Now I'm not shy with the loctite
