Rear Defroster Wire Detached From Glass

Rear Defroster Wire Detached From Glass
The rear window defroster wire tab (the part that the wire connects to that is attached to the glass) on the passenger side has evidently been pulled from the glass. It appears that maybe it is soldered to the defroster line on the glass. Anybody ran across this issue or know of a fix?
