Default Rear end shake

2015 Jku, it feels a lot like the death wobble but it is in the rear end. It seems to be coming from the drivers side rear. It starts about 35mph and gets worse as you slow down. I went through a small waterhole the other day and a noise began similar to a tire with a knot on it. After going through another puddle the noise quit. Drove 30 miles home with no noise and no problems.
Next day is when the problems began. I first thought is could be a tire out of balance or something with the tire. I put the spare on and if anything it got worse.
Any and all ideas will be greatly appreciated.

You've got a few things, but I'd pull the rear tires off and see if you've got what I had. A bent flange can cause weird feelings.

Just to add. we're all aware of the front end having the death wobble but one can experience nearly the same issue on the rear of the jeep but it would be more geared toward either the shocks, sway bar end links and that the rear tires/wheels need to be kept balanced just as the front wheels. However one more added item could be the track bar bushing.

Death wobble is an issue with steering, the rear can not experience the same issue. Sounds like a tire issue, move the rear tires to the front and see if it is still there. Check the torque on your suspension bolts and check for broken mounts, axle side track bar is known for being weak and if you have a bolt on extension bracket its even worse.

Default Rear end shimmy

With the vehicle parked on level ground push and pull the body of the jeep sideways to see if you can hear or feel any slop. When the track bar bushing gets worn out or the bracket cracks or rots off the frame you will get rear end shimmy that can feel pretty violent.
